Rent-2-Own is a family-owned service providing rentable household items at a low monthly cost. The client wanted to expand retail operations by opening a new online store.
Approach
Drawing on a hometown feel and personalized customer relationships, the design reflects the friendly service found at a Rent-2-Own store. Employees took pride in knowing their customers by name and understood the hardships of buying upscale electrics in rural Ohio. Friendly employee gestures were integrated into every page, letting the customer know their importance to the company.
Result
Monthly sales are strong and customer feedback was upbeat and positive when the online store launched.
